Return and Exchange Policy

We know that a perfect fit is essential if you want to give your best performance and to make sure that happens we offer a simple return on all stock products only when you purchase direct from ervy-leotards.com and no customized alterations were applied.

If you need to return/exchange something for any reason, simply use the return form located below, securely package your return including the form with a valid receipt or proof of purchase and send your return to the following address:

Pictures are required for fit issues, fabric issues, or any defects of the merchandise. If you ordered the wrong size, no need to provide pictures.

All returns must be send to us no more than 30 days after receipt of the merchandise.  We strongly recommend you choose a method of shipment that enables you to trace your return package if necessary.  Packages that are lost during the return shipment are the customers responsibility. You are responsible for return shipping charges; however, there is no charge for the return of defect in craftsmanship or material or items we may have shipped incorrectly. For defective merchandise, or merchandise shipped incorrectly, simply call us and we will make arrangements for return shipping. Please allow 14-21 business days upon receipt for processing your return. Refunds will only be issued to original form of payment.

Consumers will receive an email notification when the return/exchange is received.

Exceptions to Return/Exchange Policy:

All custom/special orders made to your specifications cannot be returned or exchanged except in the case of a quality/manufacturing defect. Stock products that are ordered with embellishments (jewels, sequins, team logo,etc.) are considered special orders. 

  • In the case of a quality/manufacturing defect, notify us within 10 days of receiving shipment at +1 586 530 9800 or email sales@ervy.de
  • Garment has not been worn and must have all hang tags and sewn in tags attached in their original position and condition.
  • Laundered merchandise cannot be returned.
  • Garment is not soiled, marked or damaged in any way.
  • ERVY will accept returns of products that have been “tried on”, but the ERVY Sports Fashion Return Policy does not apply to returned products that show signs of actual use (make-up/deodorant stains on a garment). Used products that are returned to us will be disposed of and you will not receive any credits.
  • Merchandise returned for repair due to craftsmanship must be prior washed or a $ 15.00 laundering fee will be charged per garment.
  • Products that are marked as CLOSEOUT are being offered as a final sale. No returns or exchanges will be accepted.
  • In cases of fraudulent or abuse of the ERVY Sports Fashion Return Policy, the ERVY Sports Fashion Return Policy does not apply.

For exchanges, customers have two options:

  • Exchange by mail by listing below the merchandise you are returning and the new items you would like in exchange. Include this form in your return packages, and send your merchandise back to the address listed above. Exchange shipping will apply.
  • Order the new size/style online at ERVY Sports Fashion and we will ship the in stock items. The exchange is processed as a new order. You will be charged for the replacement as a new order, and then your original form of payment will be refunded once the return merchandise is received by our warehouse. Please include the return/exchange form in your return package, sent to the address above.
